The Friends of the Alaska State Library, Archives & Museum invites Alaskan authors and artists to participate in the APK Marketplace and/or the Market Gallery Walk.

Applications will be accepted starting September 11th and are due no later than October 20th. 

The 2023 APK Marketplace will take place Thanksgiving weekend, Friday, November 24th and Saturday, November 25th.   The building is open to shoppers for the Market Place from noon–4:30 pm Friday,  and 10 am –4:30 pm on Saturday.

The 2023 Market at Gallery Walk is Friday Dec 1st from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm

  • Spaces for vendors based on square footage. Each 8’ x 8’ space is $150 for the Market Place and $50 for the Gallery Walk.
  • All spaces will be on the first floor in the Atrium and Lecture Hall
  • Rental fees support LAM programming
  • No entry fee for shoppers
  • WiFi is available
  • Vendors should use their own battery-operated display lighting. Limited electrical available
  • Chairs and tables are provided. Tables are 72” x 30” and 60” x 30”
  • Vendors can supplement with their own furniture, tablecloths, display materials, signage - all display materials must be free-standing or tabletop, there are no partition walls
