Youth Activity Yogurt Cup Baskets with Weaver Kay Field Parker
Weave a yarn basket with a yogurt cup base, inspired by the woven robes in The Spirit Wraps Around You exhibit. This workshop is designed for ages 6-12.
Kay Field Parker has been weaving Ravenstail since 1990 and is a regular teacher and artist demonstrator. She displayed her work in a solo artist exhibit, Playing with Lightning, at the Alaska State Museum in 2013.
The workshop will be in-person, OUTDOORS at the APK. Masks and social distancing will be required. Space is limited - request a spot by flling out the participation form.
